At Fat Shack Vintage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home lighting and decor. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, bulbs, and instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our Melbourne-based warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5 business days.
